This healthy psyllium bread is a simple, flourless recipe made with just a few basic ingredients. It uses ground psyllium husks to create a soft, bread-like texture without wheat flour or added oil. Ready in approximately 30 minutes, these small homemade rolls are a great option for anyone looking for a gluten-free alternative to traditional bread.
Made with eggs, psyllium, and a little seasoning, this easy bread is perfect for breakfast, sandwiches, or serving alongside your favorite meals.

Ingredients
Directions
Add the ground psyllium husks, baking soda, and salt to a bowl. Mix until evenly combined.
In a separate bowl, crack the eggs and whisk until well combined.
Add the psyllium mixture to the beaten eggs. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly incorporated.
Pour in the hot water and stir until the mixture comes together. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10–15 minutes, allowing the psyllium to absorb the liquid and thicken the mixture.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Moisten your hands with water and divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a small bread roll and arrange them on the prepared baking tray.
Sprinkle the rolls with sesame seeds.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the rolls are set and lightly golden.
Turn off the oven and leave the rolls inside for another 15–20 minutes with the oven door slightly open. This helps them dry out gently and develop a better texture. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
