These creamy scrambled eggs are soft, fluffy, and full of flavor, making them a perfect choice for a quick and satisfying breakfast. The secret isn’t in the ingredients but in the cooking technique. Gently cooked over low heat with butter, the eggs develop a delicate texture without becoming rubbery.

First, the eggs are whisked with a little salt and black pepper, while the butter melts slowly in a nonstick skillet. After pouring in the eggs, let them cook undisturbed for 30 seconds before gently pulling them from the edges toward the center. This creates soft, creamy curds.

The key is to remove the eggs from the heat when they are about 80–90% cooked. They will continue cooking from the residual heat, staying tender and moist. Serve these creamy scrambled eggs with toasted whole-wheat bread, fresh green salad, and chopped parsley for a simple and delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Crack the eggs into a bowl and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Whisk until the yolks and whites are fully combined.

Step 2

Place a nonstick skillet over low heat and add the butter. Allow it to melt gently without browning.

Step 3

Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Let them cook undisturbed for about 30 seconds. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, gently pull the eggs from the edges of the skillet toward the center. Continue cooking slowly, stirring gently, until soft, fluffy curds form and the eggs are about 80–90% set.

Step 4

Remove the skillet from the heat while the eggs are still slightly glossy, as the residual heat will finish cooking them. Serve immediately with toasted whole-wheat bread and fresh green salad. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy!
