Air fryer Ramadan pide bread is a delicious Turkish-style flatbread with a soft, fluffy interior and a golden crust topped with sesame seeds and nigella seeds. Traditionally enjoyed during Ramadan, this bread is easy to prepare at home and cooks in just a few minutes in the air fryer. Its distinctive pattern and soft texture make it perfect for serving with soups, dips, and your favorite Ramadan meals.

Ingredients
Directions
Add the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt to a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
Pour in the milk, water, and olive oil. Mix until the ingredients come together to form a dough.
Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and leave the dough to rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has increased in size.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface. Divide it into 6–8 equal portions.
Shape each portion into a ball.
Cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the basket of your air fryer. Make sure the paper is suitable for air fryer use.
Place one dough ball on the parchment paper and gently stretch or flatten it into a small, round flatbread. Repeat with the remaining dough, cooking in batches as needed.
In a small bowl, mix the egg yolk with the yogurt. Brush the mixture over the surface of each flatbread. Using your fingertips, press a circle around the edge of the dough, then create a crisscross pattern across the center.
Sprinkle the flatbreads with sesame seeds and nigella seeds.
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Place the prepared flatbread in the air fryer basket, keeping it on the parchment paper if needed. Cook at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 7 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining dough, adjusting the cooking time if necessary.
Let the pide cool slightly before serving. Enjoy it warm alongside soups, dips, or your favorite Ramadan dishes.
