Air fryer pizza is a quick and easy way to enjoy homemade pizza without heating up your entire oven. Made with a simple yeast dough, pizza sauce, and your favorite toppings, this recipe is perfect when you’re craving a personal-sized pizza with minimal effort.

The air fryer cooks the pizza in just a few minutes, making it a convenient and energy-saving option for a quick lunch or dinner. The bottom crust may not become deeply golden, depending on your air fryer, but it should cook through. Customize your air fryer pizza with cheese, vegetables, or your favorite toppings.

Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Add the flour, dry yeast, salt, warm water, and olive oil to a mixing bowl. Mix and knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough.

Step 2

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave the dough to rise for at least 1 hour, or until it has expanded.

Step 3

Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (400°F).

Step 4

Place the dough on a piece of parchment paper suitable for air fryer use.

Step 5

Use your hands to shape the dough into a round pizza approximately 17 cm (6.7 inches) in diameter.

Step 6

Spread the pizza sauce or tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edge. Add your preferred toppings.

Step 7

Once the air fryer is preheated, carefully place the pizza with the parchment paper into the basket. Cook at 200°C (400°F) for 5–6 minutes, checking that the dough is cooked through and the toppings are heated.

Step 8

Let the pizza rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
